"All New Yorkers can play a role in helping our students achieve their full potential in high school and beyond. I commend the Chris Canty Foundation as one those organizations that gives their time and provides life changing experiences to our city’s young people through the NYC Mentoring Program. Mentors not only impact our students’ lives—they also encourage everyone to think about how to help our students succeed."

"The Chris Canty Foundation's Historic West End Cleanup for Change was a tremendous demonstration of how an organization can galvanize a diverse sector of people, community organizations and businesses to make a tangible impact on a community that is many times overlooked. The Foundation's investment in the Charlotte's West End speaks volumes to their commitment to helping children, families and communities in need. We were excited to be a partner in this event and look forward to the next cleanup. Thank you Chris and Joe for all you do to make an impact in the West Charlotte community and improve the quality of life for its residents."

I would like to express just how proud I am to be a part of what Chris, Joe and the entire Canty family have accomplished with the Foundation to enrich the lives of our youth. I, as well as my company, Hub International Personal Insurance, have had the great pleasure of supporting this amazing foundation for over four years now. As a sponsor and volunteer of the Foundation’s many events, I have watched it grow in to an amazing success and have personally witnessed the positive effects the foundation brings to our local children. The recent wine tasting event at Blue restaurant was just simply beautiful. The football camps for children are so well organized and it is such a joy to see the look in the kids eyes when they are inspired to work hard and encouraged to believe they can be anything they dream of. Thank you Chris, Joe and the entire Canty family for allowing me to be part of this truly inspiring foundation.

A CALL TO MEN is proud to be a national partner with the Chris Canty Foundation. Over the past three years, we have had the honor to witness Chris, Joe and the incredible Staff of the Chris Canty Foundation transform the lives of countless young men and women throughout the United States. Our own work to prevent violence and promote a loving and respectful manhood has been enhanced by our collaborations with Chris and the Foundation. It is rare and inspiring to see such a young organization have such a profound impact on the adolescent boys and girls that it serves. In addition, we have been impressed by the level of professionalism and concern that the Foundation exhibits with each and every program that has at it's core the well being for each and every child. We wish the Chris Canty Foundation continued success and will continue to share the good work as a model for others to imulate.

Charlotte Latin School values its continued relationship with The Chris Canty Foundation and appreciates the commitment that has been made by the Foundation to the education and welfare of the youth in our community. Our School has been proud to host the annual summer football camp that attracts more than 200 students throughout Mecklenburg County. As an alumnus of Latin (Class of ’99), Chris Canty has chosen to give back to our community in ways that go well beyond the classroom. Drawing from his vast contacts in Charlotte and the NFL, Chris and his dedicated staff of volunteers emphasize much more than basic football skills, including teamwork, sportsmanship, communication, and the value of an education. We are excited and honored to support The Chris Canty Foundation and look forward to our involvement in the years ahead as the Foundation continues to grow and spread its positive message of encouragement, hope, and education to the youth of our City.
- Arch N. McIntosh, Jr. - Headmaster, Charlotte Latin School
