"My experience volunteering at the football camp was a memorable experience. It was great seeing kids being active and football stars on the field all helping kids to become more active in sports instead of staying home playing video games. As a nineteen year old college student, I was inspired by Chris Canty and his friends."

I’ve had the privilege to volunteer with the Chris Canty Foundation these past several years and can honestly say the Camp of Champions absolutely embodies the mission of hope, service, respect, justice, and compassion. The expertise and leadership of respectable professional athletes provides an inspirational learning environment for kids who wouldn’t otherwise have the opportunity to grow as athletes and citizens in this unique way. I’m honored to be part of the Chris Canty Foundation family and look forward to many more years of service bettering our communities and youth.

Thanks again for allowing the Charlotte Flights to have a part in the Chris Canty Foundation Football Camp. It was a great experience for our participants and parents from our track club.

I just wanted to, belatedly, thank you all so much for accepting my amazing nephews into the Camp this past June. It was an incredible experience for them. They have attended camps run by other athletes, and while all were terrific, yours offered by far the most depth, not just of plays and skills, or of leadership and becoming better men. My nephews like sports but are amongst the shortest kids in the grades and don't always get the chance at athletics. You not only furnished them with incredible skills they can take back to play with the bigger and more experienced kids, but you helped them game a ton of confidence and a sense of leadership and responsibility. And my wife and I were blown away by the speakers, lessons, and professionalism of all involved, from players, to volunteers, to guests, to everyone. you set an amazing tone for two days of their life that was about so much more than just football.

"The experience I had was a good one. I am a football player in the school team, and participating in the Canty Camp was an unforgettable experience. I like the shirts, bags and other accessories given to us for participating in the event. It was really hot, but the workout stations were very helpful and fantastic to participate in. I really appreciate the fact that the foundation took the opportunity to do this event in my school."

I am an 11yrs. old young community member. I like to play football, and I was really excited to participate in the Chris Canty football Camp, because it gave me the opportunity to play, do drills and interact with football players. I felt, like I was playing with them in my madden game. The drills were fun, and I like all of them."

Being a part of the Chris Canty Foundation is truly an amazing opportunity. Their work in the New York, New Jersey as well as North Carolina communities surpasses all others. Working at the Camp of Champions in Washington Heights was not only a blessing but a one of a kind experience. On behalf of the employees at Performance Health and myself, I look forward to working with the Chris Canty Foundation and continuing their tradition of developing youth in our local communities.
